The stunning open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area also has views towards the church and the high street below. The space benefits from gorgeous contemporary furniture, a brand new fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and a ‘picture’ Smart TV, when the TV is switched off it becomes a piece of art!
The spacious main bathroom has two doors, one from the hallway and one into the twin bedroom. The front facing king size bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

The apartment is in a fantastic location to visit local towns and attractions. The seaside town of Salcombe is a 15 minute drive and the naval town of Dartmouth is approximately 20 mins. There are many local attractions in the area including National Trust beaches and estates, Agatha Christie’s Greenway and Dartmoor national park.

The apartment is located at the top of Fore Street in Kingsbridge, a short walk from the quay at the bottom of the town. Kingsbridge is a picturesque market town with a high street that has a diverse selection of shops including a wine specialist, bakery, independent boutiques, hair salons, a post office, cafes and banks.
The pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and offer a great selection including British, Indian, Turkish, Spanish tapas and fine dining courtesy of chef Jamie Rogers at Twenty Seven. The Crabshell is renowned for it’s stone baked pizzas with an outside eating area that looks over the water.
Tesco is a 2 minute walk away which is ideal to stock up on groceries.
There is a public bus service that can take you to Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes or Plymouth. A car is not necessary for your stay. There are many local taxi’s that are able to collect from Totnes railway station which is approximately 12 miles away.
