TerMs & Conditions
- Electricity, Gas & Hot Water are included in the price.
- Bed Linen is provided in all accommodation with beds made up.
- All accommodation has smoke detection, a fire extinguisher & a fire blanket.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all properties.
- Wifi available in all properties, however fibre is not always available.
- Your accommodation will be ready from 4pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
- All used beds to be stripped and all rubbish to be taken out of the property on departure.
- All damages to be reported to the property manager during your stay.
- Please note a refundable damage security deposit will be added to each booking
