The amount of public EV charging points in the UK has grown vastly. They are available at most motorway service stations and in many city centre locations. National Parks have also started installing them to promote sustainable UK tourism. The amount of electric vehicles being sold is only set to increase so it is important to ensure charging points are available. 

The South Hams are still installing more and more to accommodate electric vehicle users. Some of the towns you can find charging bays include Ivybridge, Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes and Modbury. A few of the charging points close to our cottages include Tesco in Kingsbridge, Batson car park in Salcombe, and Morrisons in Totnes. The Lidl in Dartmouth has recently installed a 50KW fast charger!
