The open plan living area is on the first floor with views from the lounge that are simply stunning towards Start Point lighthouse. Throw open the double doors and breathe in the sea air whilst lounging on the super comfortable sofas. The kitchen enjoys all the modern conveniences with large windows overlooking the beautiful countryside to the rear. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
You will be able to enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from May to September. There is also a tennis court so whether you’re training for Wimbledon or just fancy a fun knock about, bring your rackets and balls to improve your game!
This property is suitable for children 10 years plus. The pool is open May to September, only guests are permitted to use the facilities.

Prospect House sits directly on the South West Coast Path. You can walk the path to Start Point light house which gives world beating views and then follow it around to Salcombe. Alternatively you can head towards the naval town of Dartmouth, visiting many authentic Devon villages along the way.
The nearest pub is a 30 minute walk away on the coastal path in the village of Beesands. The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk to Hallsands.
Prospect House is reached by a single lane (with passing places), it enjoys a unique remote coastal location and therefore lane driving is a must.
There is one allocated parking space in the car park a few meters away from the property and a couple of guest parking spaces if you are bringing a 2nd vehicle.
