An old fisherman’s cottage located on Island Street, Creekside remains one of the only properties in Salcombe with direct access to the sea, which runs adjacent to Shadycombe Creek. Some of the traditional boat building yards are still working in this part of town and there is a private slip and boat yard next door, which sells fresh crab and lobster, it couldn’t be more convenient!
