There is a large King size bedroom with ensuite walk in shower on the ground floor and the 3 further bedrooms, one with ensuite on the first floor. The twin bedroom can be zipped to make a Super King. There is an ensuite shower room to the large Super King bedroom and also a separate family bathroom. Velux windows feature in all upstairs rooms making them feel light and airy (blinds are fitted to all).

The living space is simply stunning, the kitchen is stylish and practical with white marble work tops and all modern conveniences. A large wooden dining table, benches and chairs in which enjoy meals will bring your whole group together making the space very sociable. The space extends through into a central wood burning fireplace and seating area, the perfect place to read a book, listen to music or chat in front of the fire. The lounge area enjoys a large L shaped sofa and a brand new smart TV with exceptional picture quality. Double patio doors open out onto a sun trap terrace, the ideal spot to enjoy lounging in the sunshine!
The utility room provides the washing facilities and a space to store shoes and coats.
The large garden and spacious driveway are enclosed, there is a wooden 5 bar gate at the entrance to the driveway. Feel free to bring your furry friends, they will enjoy the open spaces and no doubt love to occupy the spot in front of the fire after a long day of exploring the local area!

Slapton Sands stretches from Strete Gate to Torcross, an incredible 4 miles of beautiful views over Start Bay, perfect for swimming in the summer months.
Dittisham is 1.5 miles from the barn, perfect for a leisurely stroll to this charming and idyllic village. Situated on the west bank of the River Dart, it is well known for the Ferry Boat Inn pub which overlooks the river.
The Anchorstone cafe is a favourite with tourists and locals alike and the passenger ferry is a must, it will take you to Dartmouth or across the water to the National Trust Greenway House, Agatha Christie’s holiday home.
East Cornworthy offers visitors a quiet and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of life with plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful countryside and coastline of South Devon.
